2 Order Verification & Dispatch Schedule
- Phone Confirmation: Before dispatching any shipment, our customer representative will call your mobile number to confirm product specs, model, and delivery address.
- Cut-off Time: Orders verified before 3:00 PM are processed and handed over to courier hubs on the same working day.
- Tracking Info: Once dispatched, a consignment tracking number is sent to your phone via SMS so you can track your parcel live.

3 Parcel Inspection & Receiving Guidelines
- Check the parcel exterior in front of the delivery person. If the box appears heavily crushed, torn, or unsealed, notify the courier rider immediately.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: For displays and laptops, we strictly recommend taking a clear continuous video while unboxing. This serves as guaranteed proof if any internal screen crack or transit damage has occurred.
