• All prices listed on our platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice based on market availability.

2 Order Placement & Verification

• Orders placed online are subject to stock availability and telephone confirmation. Our team will contact you at your provided mobile number to verify delivery details.
• Valley Tech BD reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if suspicious activity, incorrect information, or unverified contact details are identified.

3 Delivery & Package Inspection

• Delivery Times: 24–48 hours inside Dhaka; 2–4 business days outside Dhaka via courier services.
• Parcel Inspection: Customers are advised to check the outer package condition upon delivery. For sensitive items like curved monitors and laptops, we strictly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video to validate any transit damage claim.

4 Warranty Policy & Limitations

All products come with their respective official manufacturer warranties. Please note that warranty coverage is void under the following conditions:

• Physical breakage, screen cracks, or bent processor pins caused by accidental drops or improper installation.
• Liquid spillage, electrical surge damage, or burns resulting from unstable power sources.
• Unauthorized attempts to repair or modify hardware by third-party technicians.
• Removal, tampering, or tearing of the original serial number or warranty stickers.

5 Returns & Replacement Terms

• Any claim regarding a wrong item or factory dead-on-arrival (DOA) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with the purchase invoice.
• Items returned for replacement must be in their original packaging, including all manuals, power adapters, cables, and packaging boxes intact.

6 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
